Operator and Effective Date
Proovem is operated by Anixem, LLC. Effective 2026-07-14. Policy version 1.0. The operator's postal address is 138 E 12300 S, Ste C-446, Draper, UT 84020, United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, with venue and jurisdiction in the state courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
Service
Proovem lets people create private proof challenges, invite participants, accept or decline, submit proof, vote on visible evidence, settle a group verdict, and create approved public results, rematches, or templates.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use Proovem. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use Proovem only after receiving that permission. Proovem may restrict features by age and region to provide an age-appropriate experience.
Consent Rules
Do not name someone in a challenge unless they can accept or decline. Declines stay private. Signed-in participants can report content or block another user. Do not publish a person's identity, likeness, proof, private messages, or other sensitive information without permission.
Safety Rules
Do not use Proovem for harassment, bullying, threats, hate, illegal activity, dangerous or medically risky challenges, sexual content involving minors, coercion, stalking, impersonation, spam, non-consensual media, private-message exposure, or content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.
Proof and Reveals
Proof must be lawful and yours to share. Public results are limited to settled, adult-only challenges with no guest participant, unresolved named subject, active safety restriction, or ineligible proof. Every accepted signed-in participant must approve the fixed preview: challenge title and description, final verdict, aggregate vote counts, and the submitted proof preview when available. Proovem does not add participant or creator names, but proof can itself contain visible people or details. Per-field redaction is not currently offered. A participant may withhold or withdraw approval, subject to legal, technical, cached, and already-shared-copy limits.
User Content
You keep ownership of your content. You grant Proovem the limited license needed to host, store, process, display, moderate, analyze, and share content according to challenge settings, consent choices, and safety or legal obligations.
Moderation
Proovem may remove content, make receipts private, disable sharing, issue warnings, restrict accounts, suspend or ban users, freeze groups, preserve evidence, notify affected users, escalate legal or child-safety issues, and record appeal eligibility.
Copyright and Takedowns
Users may not upload or reveal content that infringes another person's rights. Copyright and takedown notices can be sent to support@proovem.com with the affected content link, rights owner information, and a good-faith statement.
Account Deletion and Export
Account deletion and export can be initiated in-app and from the web deletion resource. Processing may include verification, a grace period, retained legal/safety records, backup delay, and special treatment for shared proofs, votes, comments, public reveal exports, and group history.
Disclaimers
Proovem is for consensual social proof challenges. Do not rely on it for emergencies, medical advice, legal advice, gambling compliance, or professional verification. Users are responsible for complying with laws and platform rules where they share exports.
Contact
Questions, copyright notices, account requests, and enforcement appeals can be sent to contact@anixem.com. Safety concerns can be sent to support@proovem.com.
