Proovem is operated by Anixem, LLC. Effective 2026-07-14. Policy version 1.0. The operator's postal address is 138 E 12300 S, Ste C-446, Draper, UT 84020, United States. Privacy matters are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, with venue and jurisdiction in the state courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and the United States District Court for the District of Utah.

Proovem may process email address, display name, optional handle, optional avatar, date of birth for age eligibility and age-band safety settings, country only when legally needed, authentication events, receipts, proof media and metadata, votes, comments, groups, invite links, guest participant tokens, device/browser data, diagnostics, push tokens, reports, blocks, moderation records, deletion/export requests, and support messages.

Data is used to provide accounts and guest participation, preserve invite context, display private receipts, prepare uploaded proof, count votes once per participant, support approved public sharing, send transactional notifications, prevent abuse, operate moderation, enforce blocks, investigate reports, understand how invitations and shared results are used, comply with law, and keep the service reliable.

Guests can open invitation-bound receipt links, enter a display name, accept or decline, view eligible proof, vote once, and view eligible results without creating a full account. Guest access is protected and limited to the invitation. Guests may need an account to save history, create challenges, join recurring groups, or receive notifications.

Infrastructure, hosting, database, storage, authentication, crash reporting, messaging, media processing, abuse-prevention, and support vendors may process data for Proovem only to operate, secure, measure, or support the service. Google LLC provides Google Analytics measurement for Proovem's web pages.

Private receipt previews do not expose proof content. A public result uses a fixed preview: challenge title and description, final verdict, aggregate vote counts, and the submitted proof preview when available. Proovem does not add participant names, handles, creator attribution, or private group names, but proof itself may contain visible people or details. Data may also be shared with service providers or legal and safety responders when needed to operate the service or comply with law.

Public results are available only for settled challenges involving accepted, signed-in adults. Every accepted participant must approve the fixed preview; challenges involving a guest, a teen, an unaccepted named subject, an active safety report, or ineligible proof stay private. Proovem does not currently offer per-field redaction: a participant can approve the displayed fixed preview, withhold approval, or later withdraw publication consent. Copies already shared or cached outside Proovem may remain.

Account, receipt, proof, vote, invite, report, moderation, audit, and support records are retained only as long as needed for the service, safety reviews, legal duties, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, deletion processing, backups, and evidence preservation. Shared proofs, votes, comments, public reveal exports, and group records may have different retention outcomes after account deletion.

Proovem does not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts. We use an age screen before collecting account details. Users under 18 receive additional privacy and safety defaults, including private profiles, invite-only participation, disabled public discovery, and disabled public sharing.

Users can block users, report content, request data export, request account deletion, and request review of enforcement decisions. Account deletion may include a grace period, retained legal or safety records, backup delay, and separate handling for shared proofs, votes, comments, public results, and group records.

The web experience uses browser storage for sessions, invitation context, service analytics, and reliability. Google Analytics may receive a generic page category and title, referrer origin, traffic source, browser or device details, and approximate location. Before sending page information, Proovem removes query strings and replaces invitation codes, authentication values, and account, group, receipt, and template identifiers with generic route labels. Proovem does not send email addresses, names, claim or proof content, form contents, or Proovem account identifiers to Google Analytics. Google Analytics storage is enabled by default, which permits first-party analytics cookies for visits and sessions. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain denied. The Google tag is not loaded when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. Proovem does not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings, though doing so may sign you out or remove saved invitation context. Google's explanation of its processing is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Data may be processed outside the user's country where Proovem or its processors operate. Proovem uses contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the processing location and applicable law.
