Keep challenges consensual
Create challenges that everyone can freely accept or decline. Signed-in participants can report content or block another user. Do not pressure anyone to participate or publish another person's identity, image, messages, location, or proof without their permission.
Keep proof safe
Only upload media that you have the right to share and that follows the challenge rule. Do not upload private messages, sexual content involving minors, personal records, identifying details of bystanders, unsafe stunts, illegal activity, or material that could put someone at risk.
Treat people with respect
Harassment, bullying, threats, hate, impersonation, non-consensual media, repeated unwanted contact, spam, fraud, and humiliation are not allowed. Keep feedback about the proof and challenge, not the person.
Protect young people
Proovem is for people aged 13 and older. Do not create content that sexualizes, targets, exploits, or puts young people at risk. We may take immediate action on underage-user and urgent-safety reports.
Report and block
Use Report when content or behavior violates these rules. You can include details that help a moderator understand the issue. Use Block to stop a person from new interactions with you. Reports are reviewed under our moderation process; blocking and moderation actions may limit access to content, groups, challenges, or public sharing.
How we enforce these rules
Depending on the situation, Proovem may remove content, restrict a reveal, warn an account, suspend or ban an account, preserve evidence, or escalate a safety concern. If you believe an action was incorrect, contact the support team with the relevant challenge or report link.
