We use your email for one launch notification and to handle any privacy request you make. We do not sell it, create an account, or add you to a marketing list.

When you join, Proovem stores your email address in a private waitlist record and includes it in a restricted operator notification used to monitor waitlist signups and spam. Proovem uses the address to send one launch notification and handle related privacy requests. The form may also send a referral code and allowlisted source, medium, campaign, content, and term labels from this page’s URL. It does not create an account or opt you into other marketing, and subscriber information is not sold.

The public 10,000+ milestone is an operator-confirmed minimum, not an exact live count. When a newer eligible total is available, this page may show a higher rounded-down number updated in steps of 25 from entries at least one full UTC day old. The counter exposes no email address or individual waitlist record, and the browser cannot read the private waitlist table.

While this launching-soon page is active, Proovem may use a random, pseudonymous first-party visitor identifier to measure page visits and 30-minute sessions, referral and allowlisted campaign attribution, form, example-selector, privacy-disclosure, coarse scroll-depth, and optional sharing actions, successful waitlist signups, whether a signup used a referral link, whether it happened during the visitor’s first recorded session or a later session, the coarse mobile, tablet, or desktop category, and the page version shown. A successful signup may be associated with the visit that produced it. The analytics event data does not contain the email typed into the form.

Country, region, and city may be estimated server-side. To make that coarse estimate, Proovem may transiently send your network address to an IP-location processor. The estimate can be inaccurate or unavailable. Proovem does not ask for browser location permission, collect GPS or precise device location. Proovem does not retain raw IP addresses, Turnstile tokens, or browser or TLS fingerprints in the private waitlist record or launch analytics tables. A network address may also be processed transiently for request security and abuse limits, then transformed into a keyed, non-reversible value rather than kept in launch analytics. This first-party analytics module is limited to the launching-soon page.

Proovem uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated abuse before accepting the form. When this page loads, Cloudflare may process security signals such as your network address, user agent, browser or TLS characteristics, the public site key, and this page’s origin. Proovem sends Cloudflare an opaque verification token for server-side validation, not the email address you enter. Cloudflare’s processing is described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Pseudonymous visitor, session, and event detail is kept for a bounded period—90 days by default— and can be disabled or deleted independently. Removing that temporary analytics does not delete the private waitlist entry. Waitlist information is kept only as long as needed to send the one launch notice and handle related privacy requests. Browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are honored for this optional analytics collection. Necessary anti-spam verification remains active because it protects the form from automated abuse.

Proovem uses one shared Google tag on this public page. Google Ads measures advertising visits and confirmed waitlist signups, while Google Analytics measures page use here and on Proovem’s web platform. Proovem sends Google a generic page title and sanitized page and referrer addresses without query strings. Private route identifiers are replaced with generic route labels on the platform. Confirmed waitlist signup events can include generic referral/non-referral and new/returning visitor labels. Proovem does not send the email you type, referral or invitation codes, account or receipt identifiers, claim or proof content, authentication values, or other form contents. Google Analytics storage is enabled by default, which permits first-party analytics cookies for visits and sessions. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain denied. The Google tag is not loaded when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.
