How can a group use video proof without making it public?

By Proovem Editorial Team ·

The group wants enough context to vote confidently, but nobody wants an active attempt circulating outside the challenge. What privacy settings and consent checks should be agreed before anyone records or shares proof?

Keep the challenge link private, restrict proof to accepted participants, and avoid public previews of the claim or media. A settled result card should require the existing participant consent flow and should never include the source video URL.
